Microwaves have been used to crosslink rubber and are often used when the rubber is of different durometries like what is found around window seals. Microwaves are also finding new applications with the new elastomer materials because they offer a clean controllable heating method.

We have developed microwave equipment for research projects. Plasma generation for air purification from the University of Wisconsin and for Florida A&M University.

We have conducted other research for new product development to show proof of concept. In this case, we engineered a complete working model showing proof of concept including performance and cost of ownership calculations.

We have conducted product research showing the product should not have been placed on the market. We were unfortunately contracted after market introduction and after there where problems with the product in the field. We made suggestions on how to eliminate the problems in the field, by our client decided to withdraw the product from the market. We were able to complete our evaluation and offer our opinion within 3 weeks of first contact thus eliminating any serious problems in the field.
