Microwaves have been used for a number of years to process technical ceramics and composite materials. The BP-210 and BP-211 are the largest production microwave ovens in both cavity volume and power. The BP-210 offers 2,100 watts and the BP-211 offers 3,200 watts – plenty of power to sinter most ceramics. Each oven is offered with a wide variety of options.
The most popular options are:

- High volume cavity exhaust to remove heat and fumes.
- High temperature package includes high temperature thermocouple, cavity exhaust and ceramic rod floor.

For smaller applications, the features of the BP-111 and BP-111-RS allow them to be considered for smaller sized ceramics processing with the addition of a high temperature muffle.
